Workshop - Vajrasattva Teachings and Empowerment 9am - 5pm
One of the most effective ways to purify the obscurations and obstacles
of life and to restore our spiritual vows is by doing the meditation and
one hundred syllable mantra of Vajrasattva practice. Vajrasattva is the
Buddha of confession and forgiveness, and the Vajrasattva practice is
an extremely powerful way to purify the downfalls and negative deeds that
we have created in the past. Some of its immediate benefits are:
Curing illness and purifying obscurations, neutralising the malice of
others and one's own negativities, letting go and forgiving past hurts,
breaking addictive habitual patterns, destroying depression and living
joyfully
The workshop will include the teachings and transmission of Vajrasattva
Practice and Mantra

Bodhicitta Workshop
All suffering comes from selfishness, all happiness comes from giving.
'Bodhicitta' is the cultivation of a kind and compassionate heart, which
empowers one to leave the head and move into the heart. Most people are
stuck in the head, mostly thinking what is right and wrong instead of
examining what is of benefit or harm. The highest form of training that
a human being can have is how to serve others, selflessly. This one day
workshop will bring a fundamental change of heart to participants, completely
changing all perspectives for the better and helping us to become kind
and compassionate human beings.
Cost is $70
or $50 members/concession per day, bring own lunch, includes refreshments
both days & any texts.
