and less stress is something everyone would like to
have but never manages to achieve. Learning to
meditate can help to bring a sense of inner peace and
happiness even amidst the stresses of modern day life.
Come along to this residential retreat and give
yourself the tools to create these qualities.
The weekend retreat will provide teaching and practice
sessions in a relaxed and conducive environment and is
suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
Lama Choedak Rinpoche will give detailed, practical
advice for those who would like to learn to meditate
and guidance for those already on the path. The course
is suitable for anyone who wants to taste the benefits
of learning greater peace of mind using meditation.

Cost: For full retreat including all meals,
accommodation and texts $150 or ($120conc.)
Bring own linen, pillow and toiletries.
Numbers are limited for accommodation so book early.
For those who would like to attend the day session on Saturday
costs are $70 per day including lunch, refreshments and text.
