with Venerable Rinchen
This retreat will be held in the beautiful grounds of Khacho Yulo Ling Buddhist Centre. The retreat is suitable for those who have some meditation experience and would like the opportunity to deepen their practice in a safe and harmonious environment.
The retreat will be facilitated by Ven Rinchen who is the resident nun a the centre. She has been facilitating meditation courses, retreats and workshops since 2001, The weekend will be a combination of sitting, walking meditation interspersed with some gentle Qi Gong exercises and some personal reflection time. There will be some instructions and question and answer time otherwise the retreat will be in silence.
The retreat will commence at 9am on Friday and finish at 5pm on Sunday. Cost for the weekend includes all meals and accommodation, meals will be vegetarian. You will need to bring your own pillow, sheets, towel and toiletries.
Cost for full residential is: $290 or $270 members/concession - 10 places available
Cost for day participants is: $200 or $180 member/concession - 10 places available
