Green Tara Practice Sunday 7.30am
Green Tara Ritual is done in most Tibetan Monasteries daily to dispel obstacles and to help all Dharma activities.
It is a lively, active practice involving lots of chanting and musical instruments, including the drum, bells, cymbals and conch. Green Tara is the swift-action Goddess who comes quickly when called, to help relieve the suffering of all sentient beings.
We do the practice as a group every Sunday at 7.30am when Venerable Rinchen is in residence. It doesn’t require an initiation to participate, everyone is welcome to attend. Check Calendar to make sure it is on.
