We do the practice of Chenrezig every Wednesday morning at 9.30am and dedicate it to those who are sick, suffering and recently deceased. We have a healing list with names of people in the community who are in need of prayers and we also have a list for those who have died. We offer the prayers and mantras on their behalf and many have found this very helpful in both the healing and grieving process. It is a simple, beautiful yet quite profound practice.
It is preferable if people have had the transmission of the Mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum". For those who are new and don't have the transmission to this practice, we recommend that you sit in and listen as a meditation practice.
The practice takes around 45 minutes and is chanted mainly in english except for some Sanskrit verses.
