Easter 10 Day Retreat – Commencing Good Friday April 3 at 9.30am and finishing Sunday April 12 at 11.30am This will be a silent retreat guided by Venerable Rinchen.

The retreat will be a combination of teachings, guided meditations and silent sessions. Venerable Rinchen will give instructions on Shamatha, Vipassana and the Four Heart practices, Loving kindness, Compassion, Joy and Equanimity. It is preferable for those who would like to attend to have some meditation experience and understanding of retreat conditions as it can be challenging for beginners.

We offer both residential and non residential places, although residential space is limited and is on a twin share basis. The retreat costs include all meals and refreshments, any handouts and other material.  The meals are all vegetarian, please advise of any genuine dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them, as we are a fairly small organisation this may not always be possible.  Please bring sarong/towel to cover chair/cushions and please do not attend if you are sick.

The costs for the retreat are: 

Members residential $850.  Non Members residential $950

Members non residential $650.  Non Members non residential $750
